I know for a fact that there are a couple of pending judgements or suits. One is a guy named Richard Bach real jerk dealt with him about 11 years ago I think realated to the lady that used to post here cat I think was her name. . The other is a company called Sage back when it was FCNK they are one of the reasons FCNK went defunk. I dont know the other suits out but I bet the line is long.

I have 3 answers to your questions:
1. If TM does not responds to emails, phone calls, and skype why would he respond to a public post. he's responded to them before via private email and skype
2. If you said multiple times that amne has nothing that could interest you except few lawsuits why do you insist to deal with amne. I've also said multiple times that AMNE does have some "business interest" left. There are huge opportunities that I'm aware of now. I want to take these opportunities and make something happen.
3.how many deadlines were there 5, 6, 8 or more.
Please answer these questions since it is very confusing. The deadlines before were related to the project I'm involved in. That part is toooooo late (sorry if I didn't thoroughly explain that before) and its moving along. These other business matters are time sensitive imo, so the time to act is NOW, not later. If TM wants to abandon ship, then take the offer and move out. Dont just let this sit there with the shareholders hanging out to dry. If he cant see the business...in his own business, then let the one who does see it take it and run with it!

Actually, the opportunity is incredible! I cant understand why he doesn't see it. If AMNE doesn't re engage in it....I may go after if myself with what I have now....I'm under no confidentiality or anything binding. I thought it would be a great idea to get AMNE back in the game.

With all that said, I hope that answers yoru q's. GL, I'm in this with you all and want to see it do well.....or at least better than we are now.
