It does not take much effort to find these clients--they are flagrantly displayed by Fowler on his sites. (If I were his client, I would be outraged by the lack of regard for my privacy.) Due Diligence is not so hard if one makes the effort.
My question is still on the table and it is a good question: Who is the bank that will stand behind this SBLC with full banking responsibility?
