I've been watching the news carefully for any signs of increases, and I've noticed every single one has also mentioned price decreases. And retailers are only getting people to buy with big discounts. Sounds like a profitless recovery to me.

Well, I'd not call Sony exactly 'top tier',, more like 2nd shelf. Buyers perceive their PC as more than a boombox. As the article said SONY is going to supply these on the PCs THEY sell in European countrys. Maybe they will be successful... maybe not. They may find customers do not want SUNWoffice (it certainly is not a real Star IMO) and find their sales suffer. Then again,, Works is not a real STAR either. And I no longer own msft,,,,,,,
