Notice as he says 'Swiss Investment Company', there has only been on 1 Swiss investment company involved with hyrdo deals in Albania.. Rudana! Besides that the news was put out by the gov. themselves saying a deal has been signed.. I don't really see why they would put that out if it hasn't been signed? Rudana has some monies ;-) Look here:
