I get Friday's Tips, but the link just takes me to a general page with documents for a number of companies. Can't find a document that discusses the lawsuit. This is a suit filed against VCTY for prior operations before Tactician was acquired. Not the usual suit filed by MMG against anyone who says something bad about them.
