Based on what do you have that opinion? The RINO case clearly shows that this is wrong. Nobody goes to jail if they go dark. The RINO CEO admitted fraud and then went dark and he is not in jail nor does china really care from what I heard. Same with ENHD. Filed to go dark without a single explanation and nobody cares. Or is there a difference to CCME in your opinion?

But I don't see it go dark. If it ever does, Mr. Cheng goes to jail. Mr. Cheng does not want to go to jail, not without trying to salvage the company and its stock. After all, he owns majority stake and it is to his own benefit

I'm not sure you're right about
Cheng going to jail. ENHD has slipped into the Pinks and trades for almost nothing and appears to be going dark. It's also apparently management's choice
