If it wasn't all about Nokia then explain why not any kind of legal action has been taken agains Ericsson, and Motorola. One would think they would get sued just like Nokia yet they haven't been. Wake up and smell the coffee the reason in my opnion no suit has been filed they have to get Nokia signed. If that wasnt the reason then they should be fired for not suing both of them already.
