Are you saying you're concerned about 282 shares of stock worth $0.03, when the threshold reports are issued when "Failed to Deliver" reports are filed when 0.5% of stock (40M shares in TYRIA's case) aren't delivered within the window?

Even if some evil entity was selling naked shorts and holding the number at roughly 39,000,000, just under the limit, do you seriously think that that would have an effect on trading?

Maestro's theory only works if there are billions and billions of naked shorted shares, but if there were that many out there, why aren't Reg SHO reports being filed?

Is TREY somehow different than the other 54 companies on the following list?
