I to have been holding shares for over three years. I am not knocking ACTC at all! I am just stating that R/S is not as good as some make it out to be. I have not had a good R/S experience in the few I have been thru, I and others get a little scared when talk starts about a R/S at this early stage.
All I am trying to say is yes we went through heavy dilution but with a R/S any new shares issued is going to be dilution on steroids compared to the past dilution as each new share would represent 10 old shares. I very well might be way off base here...
Please don't think I am attacking you or ACTC as thats not my intention I am only trying to learn more from you guys as y'all are much more knowledgeable in this than I. Thanks again Rocky for spending your valuable time on this board with your DD and willingness to answer questions. I am sure many here would pay for some of the information you freely share, TBH you have tought me how to do better DD just reading your post.
