Rent one or two bedrooms to other students to pay the mortgage and pay your daughters to 'manage' the property and collect rent. (this is deductable)Have them make their own meals. after they graduate sell the property for a nice profit and pay off some of their loans. just a thot. that may allow u to keep NEOM until apogee is achieved.
