as needed by the company, I can only speak for previous dilution, when the company was at 1 cent, dilution if at the same dollar rate should decrease the number of shares diluted with this better than 1 cent stock price, but since sept 29 and even a little before then, expenses increased, and depending on commercialization expenses may increase to bring the product to market.
Quarter 2 2010 we were at about 530 million shares, november 17 which was the q3 2010 filing date we are at the number as it shows in the ibox, at the top 554m?
ALSO, keep in mind, the annual filing for last year, which will account for q4, should also include expenses to date since jan 1st, so keep that perspective.
