This is not a fresh news. I have already read it more than a month ago . I mean that Scott owns share of QPSA. Also all the other stuff abour Ancira and the rest of the whole history.
I think this is a desepaerate try to hit share price performance to save somebody to run deep underwater.
If Scott buy more shares that could be a different and interesting history
well i'm expecting the *short* info to keep increasing even with all the smoke and mirrors the <short> hedgies pull daily via some of those *amex* specialists
which is why i limit the noise and focus on what l2 shows and *plan* accordingly
as i've explained to others .. i *buy* off of the short's activity .. and continue to add to my position in qpsa
then i wait to see what daily reg sho *shows* and dated 2 week in arrears *reported* short info shows
as with another stock i'm in .. i see qpsa getting into no man's land for the shorts in due course ..
