The stumbling and bumbling speaker should really consider what he is saying while becoming more complicit in this scam.
It is all absurd.
The authorities have deemed everything issued by Petro America worthless therefore representing that they are not should have implications to those saying it. Even if Petro "shares" were not already worthless, admitting once again that they do not know where every single "share" is would have prevented registration with a Transfer Agent anyway.
Mistake number 1
Accounting records do not need to be worked on; they are kept as they go along. All an auditor has to do is verify the records. The affidavit against Petro America and Hawkins states that they did not keep track of much of anything.
Mistake number 2
Trading on the Pink Sheets (which is not even called the Pink Sheets anymore) to the "Big Boards". I understand how people were fooled and their money was stolen from them, but to believe a statement like that or to even say it is an insult to those who still believe.
Big mistake number 3
Lastly, to continually repeat the phrase "moving forward" ad infinitum is pathetic. Everything in life is "moving forward" until it is no longer.
Those who continue to propagate Petro America when it never had a chance to trade should face the same consequences of those who conceived this scheme.
