Looking at the chart I believe that this is being accumulated. Look at Accum/Dist the CMF and note when they are nice and positive or uptrending like now. I also bel;ieve that when the CMF was negative they may have been selling shares. My call is this summer we will laugh at thosew who did not get in under .25. Again, JMHO of course!
