Well in this day and age, I guess you are right. But in my opinion there are funds out there that will average 8% or better over the long run. If you diversify and hook up with the right consultant you can do it easily. Maybe I can even relize my dream of a tiki bar that plays nothing but Buffet on a beach somewhere....Dare to dream
