I confess that I am part of an investment group of..?? ONE..

As to if I flip or support DPDW is of little effect on the value of DPDW.. The value is if Ron & Co. can hang on long enough to reap the value of the JV.. The JV IMO has the sizzle and DPDW's core has the possible ability to create cashflow.. The last few posts on the guesing of what effect anyone of us has on the stock price in DPDW is limited to swings of a penny or less.. The reason we as a board have become more positive on DPDW is because of a turn around in the balance sheet and sales of DPDW.. Converting that to earnings is the job of Ron & Co. and any discussion on this board will not change the spots on any Lephard.. That was done by restrictions and the corporate culture caused/imposed by YORK when they/joined/were in control of the newly the JV.. W/O's have been taken and I think that because of this there is a possibility of DPDW actually showing real opoerating profts in the past qtr.

As to the possibility that one time expenses will turn this profit into a loss are IMO 50%.. I see no posibility of DPDW not showing positive cash flow..

Hope this ends this latest discussion on a posting that was on the fact that "we" as shareholders are in control.. I just don't see the possibility of outside finanical obligations any longer consuming the efforts of Ron & Co and hopfully they will get this train back on the tracks.. Because are we all shareholders..?? Now hopefully we can get back to DPDW on the next post.. BTW,, the $0.0978 bid is mine and it's been there for over a week..

It's kinda like the difference between Craigs list and E-bay.. E-bay is open and you usually know who the seller is and Craigs list has it's closed.. Transparency has rewards but also limits becaue here we only have opinions and have no control over them as per I-Hub rules.. I would much rather have the E-Bay model but giving my trades and where they occur is about as close I will get.. As on Craig's List you never know who and why someone is lurking or posting..
