We have received new contracts for headquarters relocation to Western Japan from several; foreign-affiliated customers. Additionally, we are receiving new business proposals as a result of revitalized Business Contingency Planning as a result of the natural disaster. This new business is expected to contribute to sales beginning in the third Quarter of this fiscal year as these types of contracts have a longer initiative cycle than our more traditional services.
We also expected that the restoration projects supported by the government and the various municipalities will be awarded as the task at hand is more completely understood and funding is prioritized. We think the time to rebuild involved will prevent these contracts from being let in this current quarter.
Not too bad after all, isn't it? I guess patience will be the key word once again. But the Japanese have shown some incredible will power these last two weeks. Don't be surprised if PIHN ends up beating even the boldest expectations later this year... :-)
