so you saying he will do a RS so he would have smaller OS around 100M and so he could control the float? hmmm. But wasn't there 700M shares out before last RS/merger? He whiped out all old shareholders so there was virtually 0 shares left in the float. then he RAISED the OS from 700M to 3.1B. He did exactly opposite what you claim he wants to to do.

I am missing your point. If he wanted smaller OS he could have had it as there was virtually no float after last RS. But he did the opposite and actually raised OS from 700M to 3.1B. Float is roughly 500M so he hasn't even used original 700M shares. Most of the recently issued shares are still RESTRICTED and he cna't even sell them lol don't you think he'll want to register those shares and get paid at some point? Why RS when you own almost all shares yourself?

How do you know it was him and not jsut some other large trader with deep pockets, instigating a run?
