The most reliable way to find out is by calling MDGC. The board doesn't know anymore than you on that, if you had been following the board you would know that already.
More and more, day after day, it all appears to be nothing but smoke and mirrors. The PPS will go back up IMO, but only when the pumpers and traders are ready to pump and trade in a calculated attack. In due time. It's happened a few times in the past year and couple of months.
