Porgie different. Then Dean was CEO and he resigned. Bd was changed and Jeff became 50% of bd as well. Last bd did vote for Jeff. Now with Jeff CEO and 50% of the bd since last Sept he did resigned like Dean or vote to change the bd. There is also no vote by shareholders that could have changed that. No vote by bd or shareholders means Jeff is Ceo. Basically last Sept changes are still in place as no one but Jeff, Bd or shareholders could have changed that. So why do you want Jeff out and the other side trying to take over? You seem to be for them if against Jeff? If for people trying to take over the same people from the past with Dean. Then you must want more of what Dean did dilution. As a shareholder I support the one person trying to stop more Dean type dilution and give us a future Jeff. It very easy choice I already saw what dilution does kill the stock. That is a known I do not support.
