That seems like an intentional misdirection. June 30th has never been a date that the company said they would complete their pre-inda. Why pick that date?
My question is why NNVC feels they need to wait for the pre-inda meeting? The stated purpose of the meeting is to get an idea of what the FDA will require for the INDA application. They don't need to have all the data and answers for the pre-inda meeting?
