funny, he says that and yet shares keep hitting the street without any settlement issues. Somebody is selling good stock.

Wake, we need some accountability from this CEO. Just making statements that can't be verified or at least held to account obviously won't help Investors part with their hard earned cash! Please contact Him and ask Him to put the current share structure out in written form publicaly, maybe the companies web site. These PR's and your reports from Him are too vauge for any honest persons comfort. In my business if it's not documented it's not done!
