FWIW, when you take a $1M-$2M pinksheet company and rearrange the share structure, you still only have a $1M-$2M pinksheet company. A rose by any other name is still a rose. While I'm sure these acquisition details will add to the value of USRI, you can't possibly think the market is going to say "Oh! $1! Sure! We'll fork over $1 pps too!", now do you?
Regardless of the float, you're still talking a $230M+ marketcap.
What you're saying is this acquired company is worth $460M+ (USRI owning 51%), give or take? And it can be proved by it's own financials, private as they were?
And just 'cause USRI paid $1 pps, doesn't mean the company is worth $1 pps. Wouldn't be the first time a CEO graciously overpaid with s/h's money.
