I realy don't know how it is done, but once we start the process we will find out, for now lets show the lawyers that we are interested. If there is money upfront we may be able to negociate with the lawyer to have each one joing the suit to send him an X amount of money.

My estimate is that if the lawyer spends 10 hours on the case and if he charges $120 per hour then we need to come up with $1200. Depending on how many join we can divide this amount among each other, I doubt that any of us will have to pay more than $50 to join, could be much less if more than 22 people join. If 50 people join it will be around $20 per person.
