That’s the first reply in this thread that makes sense to me from an investment standpoint and does not come across as a Tysabri tout by someone with a personal stake in how the drug performs.

According to one neuro taking a "break" from Tysabri raises the potential of developing antibody resistance.

Twenty of the 95 PML patients have died. If JCV test gains validation, I think seropositive patients already 2+ years on Tysabri will discontinue.
