Filter a Google search for past 24 hours and type in "CPMCF stock" ... the press is beginning. I understand everyone's concerns with the drawdown equity agreement, but this really indicates to me that this company is not a scam (as many have alleged in the past in order to short this stock)...Most importantly, what do you think Auctus financial plans on doing when they obtain all these shares? Obviously they want to profit off of these shares so they will try and drive the price up. Otherwise, they would not agree to this. They really didn't get that great of a deal (95% of a 5-day SMA).
Also, keep in mind that mining is a long term investment. This stuff takes a while to start up. However, you can see that from the limited sampling that these 2 properties show some real potential. Also, concerning the gentleman who owns the hotstone property being involved in the joint venture agreement...I do not view this is as sketchy. I view it more as a symbiotic agreement between 2 different people who can offer each other something beneficial. Joe Bucci can offer consultation and the finances needed to fund the project. The owner of the Hotstone property (I forget his name) provides the property itself with all the gold potential. Each side needs each other...Just my thoughts on this. These are my conclusions based on what I have seen unfold over the last 6 months. Definitely do your DD research before you invest or before you sell off the shares you have accumulated.
