first will probably be an announcement that APCX has reached Fully Reporting status on the Pink Sheet Exchange.

Pink sheets most assuredly is not an exchange it is an over the counter market and the lowest dregs of them....

what will be most interesting to me will be when 1st Quarter Financials are released, and for the first time we'll be able to see what the NET profit for Q1 was...since the company will have Fully Reporting status by then, I'm sure that the company will file an "official" 10-Q making those numbers REAL...

Net profit? That should be amusing..... They do not file 10Qs they used to but withdrew from reporting in 2009 when they filed a form15. As well 10Qs do not make the numbers "real" they are not even audited.
