It jumps from .007, .0073, .0089, .0089, .0089, .017, .04? I wonder if we could move that fast today? This could be a sign that no one wants to sell and everyone is holding for this monster PR. Everyone here is saying this should be around .05 cents or so and it looks to me if it stays like this it could do it very fast.
Remember, Bids and Ask are very fluid, just because a MM's bid or ask is X at time Y, does not mean that the Bid or Ask will still be X at time Z, or that the amount of shares being asked for or offered will be the same.
