Yes. They have updated the officers so I think they are now current till 3/31/12. Don't panic here. Corporations are required to appoint 3 officers. We all know there has been a delay as the final details are ironed out. These things take some time as I mentioned before. Most of us just see what happens after
The merger is announced and the stock shoots up. People here have been following this since the beginning. Changing officers in a corporation is a lot easier then one being in default and then starting a new one up. This is a precautionary move and by no means tells us this thing
