What exactlly is the Statue of Limitations ( SOL if you will ) on a lawsuit like this? It has been my experience with the court system that all parties try and work this out before a court date. Could they be doing this? Don't know.

If it makes you feel better, I have over 12k invested. As much as I would like this to be all laid out pretty like, it ain't that way. So I will hold for the future, I actually think we will all be suprised how this turns out. And no amount of negativity is going to change that in my mind.

I bought to make money and will hold out all or nothing.

The first time I lost a significant chunk in the stock market was the internet bust in 2000, dropped 35k in about 3 months. Made me sick. My 12k here is not worth worrying about. The upside is too appealing.
