Here's why you are wrong:

1. Congress ratified our joining and signing on the UN charter.
2. Our treaty with the UN says we'll support UN actions.
3. The Constitution says we honor treaties.


Even if the above points are invalid, there is the War Powers Act. It means that the president has 60 days to get with congress to get authorization for military action.

I know you and your right wing buddies instantly cream your pants at the very thought of Obama being impeached, but that wet dream will not happen.

Not this time, without a valid argument.
