you are right about the other connection with the eyewitness. that would explain how people reached the conclusion they said "white male" was definitely the jon bonet killer. it seems one thing they would immediately do is compare the saliva from 2nd case to semen from 1st case, to at least establish it was the same person in both crimes, but i don't recall it being mentioned that they even did that.
as for price movement today and large vol, it could very well be fallout from broadcast (people reading into what was actually said), or speculating news is imminent. mary/slopster certainly did a lot of cheerleading disquised as inside info last night on RB, lol
