Question - why doesn't BOINGO list ICOA as a partner? It seems (unless I missed it), that assumptions are being made or I should see ICOA on BOINGO's website. ICOA lists BOINGO as a partner. Since they are slow in maintaining current info could the information on ICOA's website be out of date or ?
