Hperdynamics (HDY) has a 77% interest in 6 billion barrels (recoverable) of oil offshore east Africa / $767 million market cap. That works out to a 10.16 barrel of oil / market cap ratio, I think. They have no joint venture partners yet, no income, but a lot of hype, seismic studies and a service contract.
