G-d bless any CEO who goes after outright indefensible forms of defamation. Speech is widely protected, but not all speech. Many companies should band together to reveal the paid bashing industry. Not those who tell an unpopular truth, but those who go after outright knowing malicious liars seeking to manipulate a security's value in violation of Securities Act Rule 10-b-5.

All those pink sheet scam CEO's threaten message board posters. I've been threatened many times, as these crooks don't want anyone to interfere with their dump and screwing of shareholders. It's all a show and Apptech's O/S count is so large, it's laughable that anyone would take that scam seriously.
