we have a minor issue with the Administrator------that will work-----OK now we have the extension----now on with business.

I agree, you make good points again.. The tone from the UCC was always: "just liquidate already'.

I really got from the doc that the Debtor was 'glad' to finally be able to negotiate!

I do want to throw something out here.. what if Tric and the other TROPrS buyers want to 'take the cdo's away'? Where would that leave us. They're a CDO manager, just maybe they dont' want to start a bank. Just a thought.
