Yeah, you are right...the Attorney statements on otcmarkets is a joke, all they say is that the information (true or not) complies with the requirements of otcmarkets...an independent company trying to make a buck. What they should require is a CPA to verify that the financials are at least presented according to general standards. (of course audited statements of financial report should be presented for a publicly traded company....but not required...so they will not do either). The attorney statement is boiler plate and takes no responsibility for anything. Waste of time for shareholders....but the lawyer makes a buck or shares to sell for 30 min. of work. LOL
Can't imagine why this country allows this scam market to exist.
