NSFE - I believe that someone is accumulating shares at the bid and the shares are coming from current shareholders that are just getting tired and frustrated waiting for something to happen. After each sell today we lost a boardmark. One of the traders on this board has had an order to buy at 0025 for weeks now and they are only giving him partial fills. Seems like whoever is buying through CSTI at the bid is running the show right now.
I also agree with your ASK assessment. I believe CSTI is there at 0037 in "name only" meaning that it is a token appearance put on by whoever is buying at 0025. When we do move higher see how many shares it takes to move CSTI off the ask at 0037. My bet is not nearly as many that were sucked up by CSTI at 0025.
