I am just asking you to put aside your obvious propensity for negativity towards this stock and use your common sense to see what is actually going on here. Read the bylaws, look at what is already known and make a real conscious effort to put the puzzle together here. Its all there it is not hard to see.

If you use broad brush thought it is easy to say...this is doomed but if you examine the finer points then gold starts to appear.
