That's my personal decision date.

If we do not get substantial news from KBLB by April 1 then I expect for Kim Thompson to provide us a corporate update.

manshoon said that the decision on the release of news was up to our partner (or Notre Dame) at this point and I'm sure all involved have signed confidentiality agreements. Kim's hands are tied.

But he did say if the partners don't give the go ahead by the end of the month that he would provide some type of correspondence to inform investors of our progress to date.

I'm hoping for news though so we can get this party started !!!

April 30 to me is like the point of no return, if we are in the same place we are today at that date. Kim said there would be a CC by about then regardless, so huge red flag if that doesn't occur or no explanation.

I think its legal mumbo jumbo that has made this delay, getting the wording exact on agreements etc... One decimal point off......and big mistake.

This won't slow down revenues from being realized IMO(of course pending an actual production deal signed), rampup still has to occur and probably is under way.

I have always said I would much rather hear some kind of update by the end of March. News or no news...just something from the CEO informing us of his hopes and ambitions as far as timetables are regarded.
Understand, I am not expecting a total game changer this early in the spring. I also have always said the pop we'll see late Spring to early Summer will be much more lucrative than the first quarter updates and such. If at all; I do not think we'll find there is a sizeable deal going on till then. However, I am 100% comfortable, like a few of you, if we hear nothing till mid April. Quite frankly that is fine with me.

Guys and gals, I hope it is worth the wait by then!
