Since we are having weekly PRs of new FCC "approvals" for OTOW in different communities it would be nice to know how hard it is do these COALS applications. What is to keep anyone from paying the $60 per commuity application fee and sending in the FCC form 322? Is this FCC "approval" as OTOW calls it, really that hard to obtain? Isn't it more of a simple registration than a seal of approval by the FCC?
