Light volume today, so not sure it's a reversal of sorts. With any sort of volume, the stock definitely moves because of the relatively low float (70mm). Just think, if 700 investors bought 100,000 shares each at roughly .005, they'd spend roughly $500 excluding commissions and the float would all be tied up. Any really positive news comes out, and MM's would be scrambling for shares. In my opinion, any announcement of further ties with a European partner, or more contracted revenue domestically and this stock would leave the low pennies behind in a hurry.
