I am pretty loyal to stockcharts and wonder if there is a way to scan technicals on an intraday basis like 2,15,30 and 60 minute time frames? Even one of those would help a lot. perhaps we can vote? I know EOD data is collected.. EOD but maybe you can slip in a 60 scan somehow at noon or twice a day on higher volume popular stocks.

I have not been too active writing scans as of late as a play mostly options and futures and I follow a select group of stocks or "basket' to be long or short on but here is one I will share as I occasionally play some "cheapies".......

It is for US Stocks under $5

[type = stock] and [country = us] and [daily sma(20,daily volume) > 100000] and [daily close <= 5] and [daily macd line(8,17,9) >= 0] and [daily macd line(8,17,9) crosses daily macd signal(8,17,9)]

The Message below describes the nuts and bolts of the scan and of course it can be tweeked a little to your liking, it is fairly reliable in finding some tradeable issues for a long position.

So you can tweek the daily close value or the country and even set a minimum such as greater than .20 or something which I may do myself.
