All you'll get is a bunch of news stories that the "SEC is now investigating CCME." And yet another hit to the share price when it eventually resumes trading.

This information has been presented to the SEC. Either they will act or not. No letter will affect their decisions except one that clearly distinguishes itself by providing facts that are not in the public domain, i.e. private unknown facts about who did what where when and how.
