if this tire dump is the only activity, you are right there is nothing left after closing it. But....!!!!
Take a look on the real situation at this dump, and do not look at the P/R Mdor did to promote this fantastic deal. This dump is a disaster. Yeah if you only look at it in term of raw material, okay. But you can get raw material much easier without having this massive burden. The fees may coming in are peanuts in relation to costs of this remediation project in future. This P/R with satellite pictures showing only 10% of the tires organized was a joke.
So my friend ..loosing this dump will help you to increase your share value.
But as there is nothing else left...........its a shell.
