It is not a chill, it's a GLOBAL LOCK. Which is way worse because the symbol is on total lock down from ALL transfer agents. In other words, it's can't be bought or sold, even if you call your broker because no on can buy it. They need to figure out what's going on, and get the shit fixed.
Just saw your pm. I bought into CLDR about a month ago. Not worried about it at all. I got a nice position at a good entry, and can wait to see what it does. I plan to hold and give a chance. My feeling is that the legal problems will be handled, and the freeze lifted. While that is going on, no doubt the company is busy building for the future. I think this company shows promise down the road.
