Actually that scenario is very unlikely ...

What makes it very unlikely, one may ask the question ...

Simply by applying the supposed logic of HFBG opponents that they themselves have stated the sec is watching and has been notified that alone and in and of itself would say that with the company stating many times there will be NO RS, they would dare not take the chance ...

But I will go with the fact that there is NO REASON for the company to do a RS and the fact that they have stated there will be NO RS ...

That's one possible scenario...the other (more likely)...is finding out one morning that a R/S has been approved and feeling lucky that their .0001 order didn't complete, and those that bought at .0002 have, at the very least, lost half of their investment. GLTA.
