it's also pretty clear that unless
one has an etrade acct .. the *odds*
of being filled on exph's bid are *slim*

the last 3 folks who sent me info re: buys
at the ask were 2 rounding off existing totals
who haven't been able to get filled on bid and
one new sor who also got fed up with waiting :)

interesting to note: after 2 months of silence .. mgmt
updated the expo website <shareholders' section> for the
first time in 2011 on 2/10 .. there have been 3 additional
website updates .. 2/16 .. 3/8 and the last on 3/17

specific to PR's .. the last one in 2010 was issued on
10/13/2010 .. the first PR issued in 2011 was on 2/9/2011

i keep pressing for *consistency* specific to updates done
with regularity .. for me that means via a PR .. at a minimum
done once per Q .. via the website i'd prefer at least once
per month .. i'd be ecstatic if 2 updates came per month :)
