I ma just going by my trading venue which is ET along with several other websites I use. GL. Lets hope for a decent gain but not too outrageous. Even if I am wrong and it was 1/2 3.2 bil; that is still alot of shares my Friend that we would have to work thru b4 we ever got into the penny range.

The TA is gagged and the company hasn't released the outstanding share count since November 15, 2010.

And yes I know that is this transfer agent's policy with all companies, but gagged is gagged and it was UNDT who decided to hire that transfer agent fully aware of their communication policies.

On November 15, 2010 the O/S was 1.9 billion.

Nobody knows for sure what the share count is now. All we know for sure is it is between 1.9 billion and 20 billion.

Another huge red flag is the fact that the company hasn't published a share count since November 15, 2010.
