Well in a perfect world Joe would be able to go after Dean but Dean wrote the note as an officer of Quasar. At this point IMO we have no choice but to pay the piper if we want to save our stock. Thats probably not only going to include Joe C. but whoever else Dean took money from...This guy was like a money black hole!!! Dean opened us all up to collections when he walked...he's still the Ahole here.
